Hello, I am still struggling with the internet. Since Jan the internet has been dropping out intermittently, now it is just off. I raised this issue in Jan but it has not been resolved. We are now working from home, I am nearly out of mobile data. I cannot seem to contact anyone from TPG. Can someone please call me to help resolve this. At this rate I won't be able to work. The Network Connection Device has the connection link (chain light, third from left hand side) flashing red now.
