Has TPG completely shut down? I have been waiting 3 weeks to get my internet connected and have tried all week to get in touch with someone to help me with no luck. Obviously there are challenges with covid-19 however not being able to contact anyone but the sales department who then palm me off and then disconnect me is pretty unreasonable.
