We have been trying to get our internet move schedule for the last 2 weeks, after countless calls, chat box messages and emails with answers "a specialist will contact you soon", of course nobody has contact us yet. We have to move today, we need the internet to be able to work, at this point we are ready to move providers and request a reimbursement in our next month payment.
