Hi, I found that my residential address is still showing the old address in my TPG account portal, even if I moved to the current address already almost year ago. (The address on my invoice is still all old one) I have tried to update the old one to the current address but cannot correct. Could you please advise what/where I can report to fix it.

Hi, I am thinking using onemesh and am thinking of BYOing tp-link's AX6000, but the following page does not describe how to set it up for FTTN. Hi, I will be moving from an FTTC area to an FTTN area in a few months. I know I won't need an NBN box, but do I need to change the router configuration for this? The router I'm using is a pre-configured one that I purchased from TPG.

Finally I could connect to the Internet by your explanation, thank you. But LAN light on NBN box is still amber even if I can connect to the Internet. Additional setup is required? Regards,

Hi, I have tried several times but was not successful. I have reset as factory reset, and connected and left 30mins. In this point light on NBN box is still amber, no blink. I selected "TPG internet (ADSL)" when quick setup. Then no VDSL setup page navigated. Setup was failed. I also selected "Others" on quick setup. I have setup VDSL but it seems no EWAN setup section. It seems it needed to be ADSL setup in the section. I have added two "pppoe_ptm" (VLAN ID =2) and "pppoe_8_35" (ADSL) with @TPG_acs in internet section, same as AC1600, but it did not work.

Hello, I have a TP-Link Archer VR300 router, I have tried to setup for FTTC connection but could not. Is TP-Link Archer VR300 available for FTTC connection??

Hi, Since I have received an email from TPG that my TPG NBN Bundle service was active, I have contacted Telstra to terminate my land phone number. However Telstra said they needed to be requested by TPG to release the number when porting from Telstra to another provider. I thought TGP had requested Telstra to release my land phone number already, I am confusing. I certainly can see given Digital Voice Number by TPG is my land phone number. Do I really need something to Telstra??

I have tried to find it by navigating Advanced > System Tools already before I posted, however no "Backup & Restore" is displayed. I only can see the following: Time Settings LED Control Diagnostics Firmware Upgrade Reboot Administration System Log SNMP Settings Traffic Monitor

It seems backup/save configuration file function is not available on the router TPG provides. If the router breaks for some reasons (ie: Lightning Fall), what will I able to action?? Purchasing surplus Archer VR1600v from you will be a disaster recovery plan wisely? I want to be 99.999% uptime in my home the Internet env under any situations.
