Hi there, My NBN and Home phone are both not working.   I have checked that the service is active in my area by checking the NBN status page then you pointed me to, then I turned off my modem for >30 seconds then turned it back on. Hi there, My Internet and phone are both out of service. The NBN Connection box has power and the red light is flashing.   I have followed your troubleshooting tips: 1. Checked to see if there is an outage and there are no reports of one 2. Disconnected the power for 30 seconds and reconnected 3. Clicked the reset button for >2 seconds 4.
