Since 2 days I am having very slow connection and my Microsoft Teams session is always disconnecting. This is affecting my work and personal life. Please help!

Hi Basil! We are having issues trying to relocate our service (as do a lot of other customers) and no one is even trying to help. This is urgent as it is impacting my work-from-home situation. I have tried everything - phone calls, chat, community posts. Please could you respond?

Hi TPG! This is with regards to my attempt to relocate my service to a new address. I have been trying to reach TPG since the last 2 weeks and no one has been able to help me. When I try to call by phone, there is an automated message that says "phone support is not available". When I try to chat, the webpage says chat agents are not available. I can see that there are many messages from other people who are lost in the process as well. I am working from home and net access is vital for me. Please help.
