Hi guys,   I used to have a extra service purchased anuanlly under my home ADSL service for many years.   The extra service is called "Permanent Connection: 4 permanent IP addresses", TPG normally charges me $65 around middle of Dec every year.   Started from beginning of 2019, I have changed my home ADSL plan to NBN plan.   Under my NBN plan, there isn't any permanent IP adresses, but I still got charged $65 for 3 years since 2019.   Could you guys please rectify this overcharges for me ASAP?   Thanks ...
