I have spent days trying to rectify the situation and have spent the whole time without internet. I finally received my modem in the mail only to be told I need an NBN connection box to plug in my modem. I have just moved in to this property and it is HFC compatible but I’m assuming the last tenant took the nbn box with them. I have spoken to my realestate agent about the situation but she is also unable to do much as the tenant said they sent it back to Telstra. I have been trying for close to a week now to get in contact with somebody who is able to transfer my current NBN service to a new address but have yet to find somebody with the ability to do so.   I have queued for countless live chats only to either have them closed on my once I reach the front of the queue or have the operator claim to transfer me to a different department only to never hear from anybody again.   I have also sent a number of emails to relocation@tpg.com.au (the email i was referred to by one of the marginally helpful staff) and have, yet again, recieved no reply.   I am dumbfounded as to how a larger company could provide such poor customer service to paying customers. I have had the worst experience ever trying to get in contact with somebody that can help me organise the transfer of my TPG service to a new address. I’ve tried to get in contact with TPG no less than 5 times to not only have people close chats on me without warning and having no reply to my emails (that I was referred to by TPG chat staff) for days. All I need is to have somebody transfer my current NBN plan to a new address and I wouldn’t have thought it so difficult. Extremely poor customer experience. Not impressed TPG ... View more
