Hi Team, NBN technician has installed the device to my apartment on 23/03/20 however, I still don't have internet. It has been over 1 month. With self-isolation, I'm going crazy without internet. Can this please be escalated to 2nd level team or someone who can fix this issue ASAP. TPG has my email & mobile number so please contact me. I'll give you till Friday COB next week to resolve this or I'll be gone for good..!!!
