I was charged extra (where I had over the amount credit on them) They do not answer my called nor do they get the online service connection, I want my refund and ASAP cancellation of my plan. My billing will be 1st April 2020, I DO NOT WISH TO BE CHARGED AGAIN

I was charged extra from my account and I can’t even get in contact and the actual payment date of first April, I do not want to be charged again with no reason when I can’t even cancel my plan (as I am moving out). I NEED MY REFUND AND I NEED MY CANCELLATION DONE, ASAP. Very disappointed with the Tpg.

Hey there, I’d like to cancel my plan as well and I’m unable to get in contact with anyone form Tpg team online members, nor do they answer my customer support emails. Please guid me through the price of my cancellation. I’d like to cancel it ASAP, my new Payment will be direct debited first or April and I’d like to stop that if possible.
