I've been trying too. But seems like there's no respond from TPG. I will do the same to cancel my service if they don't have any support to us

Any progress about this? Because i'm in same situation and seems like TPG doesn't have any access even policy to approach the hardship.

Hi I'm a full time musician and music tutor. During this COVID I need to use very stabil connection. I have message from TPG that i've reached my peak usage quota until the next billing. I just got NBN installed last month, and didn't have this issue when I was still in ADSL2. How can I get my unlimited data's back on? Thank you Deva
