Internet's been down for over 24 hours, after being automatically hung up on a million times, and not being able to get through via the online chat ever, and zero email replies - I finally got a call back by an engineer after 24 hours - but their phone line was so dreadful I couldn't hear what they were saying (must have tpg 🙄) - they couldn't arrange for another engineer to call me back either, so I'm at square one and extremely frustrated. Over the past few weeks my internet connection has been dropping out more frequently and for longer periods of time at all hours of day and night - not just peak times - this is woeful and needs fixing asap. Have never had such terrible internet - even in the dial up era. ... View more
