After 7pm my internet gets extremely high latency and is unusable   I sent a ticket earlier, a technician came at 12pm, did not detect any issues and said the line is fine, then left. TICKET NUMBER 10373962 was marked as resolved but it is not resolved. Every day now after 7pm the issue comes back - very high latency (100+) and reduced download speeds.
