TPG left my family without internet. We moved house. I applied online over 2 ago for transferring service, I did again 10 days ago with online chat. I never received any confirmation email. We are in the new house. TPG just charged me for another month but I am unable to get any contact, any feedback, any communication.. We are self isolating...
