Hi, I got the same issue as yours, I have no internet for the past 24 hours, both DSL and Internet lights on the modem are off. Where is your location? my location is Dundas Valley NSW 2117. Regards, JL

Hi There, I've got no NBN internet connection at all for the past 24 hours. Could someone help me? Checked both NBN outages and tpg outages, both shows no issues. My modem's "DSL" and "Internet" lights are off, while other lights, e.g. power, wifi are on. My location is Dundas Valley NSW 2117. Regards, JL
