My NCD dropped connection and is cycling with a flashing blue and then flashing red connection light. I’ve checked all connections and tried a reset and a hard reboot of the device but no luck. No NBN outage detected according to the NBN website and nothing on the TPG status

Hello to anyone reading this post. I just received a response from a TPG rep on the whirlpool forum, so for anyone else with the same question : TPG don’t ship their NCD unlike other Providers. The technician delivers it when they do the ‘install’. Stay safe everyone.

Hi Michael, Out of interest, did your installer bring an NCD or did TPG post it out with the router? Asking because I only received a router and have been unable to get a response from TPG. Cheers, Tim

Hello TPG, I received the TP Link router today. When should I expect delivery of the NBN Network Connection Device? The documentation supplied (and online help) implies they should be delivered together. Thanks in advance, Tim M.
