You do have to wait for your account to be activated, you can track your account progress on https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder by entering your username (although there may be a delay) and you will normally receive a text message by TPG stating that your account has been activated. Sorry to hear that, if you can’t reach them, I’ve recently tried to reach out too and got issue tickets by emailing helpdesk@tpg.com.au for a ticket then contacting techops@tpg.com.au and messaging +61 416 906 330.
