Just wondering if anyone at TPG cares or will take accountability of when my modem will be delivered? I have been waiting 4 weeks. After advising you not to deliver to my new address as I would not be there and gave you a different address, you of course sent it to the wrong address. It was then sent from the post office back to you and after numerous phone calls to your incompetent customer service department I still have no idea when it will be delivered. Many promises of delivery and return phone calls to update me have been broken. You simply do not care in the slightest. Your team just tell you what you want to hear and they see that as problem solved. Worst decision ever to join you. I honestly don't expect any response as your responses are just lip service. Anyone reading this should think twice about using TPG.
