Hi - I ported my number and followed the instructions on the letter I received with the SIM on Friday morning 11/05. It's now Tuesday afternoon 15/05 and I still cannot call, text or use data. People can call me and text me but looks like outgoing services aren't working. I called a few times and have been told it's an issue for people that activated Friday morning last week and that it could take another 2 to 3 days! I'm now stuck with a phone I cannot use. Are you able to communicate what the issue is and how it can get resolved sooner? Thanks.
