I think you guys should contact your banks, explain the situation and see if you can get them to no longer accept payment deductions from TPG. If it's credit card the only way is to cancel the card. I have tried to cancel with TPG but the theives keep taking my money, and my bank cannot cancel an ongoing CC deduction without cancelling the card itself. This company is so appalling. It's like when a fraudster gets your card and you have to cancel it.

It's not NBN outages, it's your ** service. As soon as I swtiched my HFC to another NBN provider it worked fine again. Everyone around here is having to move providers to get their internet working again. And yet TPG keeps billing them.

TPG you are JOKE. No NBN service for weeks, no way to contact you. Same as thousands. Yet you still have time to bill me and put up public relations messages on your website. Screw you. I've had to cancel my credit card to stop your billing me for providing ZERO service. Your company deserves to die for your pathetic service here.
