Anyone else having issues with their internet around Melbourne?   Im just about done with this company. We have had nothing but issues since we signed up almost a year ago now. we call and it starts working for about a week. weve had technicians out, lines looked at, junction boxes checked, cables out front of property checked and the internet has been running perfectly for the last 2-3 weeks but this week it has gone down to 1mpbs, we have no cap and support is useless and causing nothing but frustration.
