ADSL line still dial out and on the modem instead of 4 lights only 3 lights and I have reboot it several times but still the 4th light not on.

My internet was running smoothly and then it suddenly stopped working. The adsl line is still working and internet light on the modem only shows 3light on . How can this be solved? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I really need urgent response, ADSL of 1/13 Meacher Street stopped working for 3Weeks now and I have tried to communicate this to tpg through calls and chat but none has been successful
