2.31 Mbps download 5.75 Mbps upload Latency: 208 ms Server: Sydney Your Internet speed is very slow......   My internet speed is slow slow. I have run a speed test ( see results at the beginning of this message). it has been happening for days now and the internet is now crashing on and off.  I have turned on and off the modem a zillion times, but teh speed does not imporve.
