How can I complain? TPG made the mistake and relocate me to the new address  weeks earlier and no one gave me the solution. No phone service is available. After finding some one on chat, that person close the chat when can not answer the quetion/ solve the problem. It is not the fair trade and answeing customer in this way is such a shame.
