I have been trying to cancel the non working internet service at 61 Tidswell st Mt Druitt 2770. The service has been inoperapable for some weeks and was replaced by Telstra NBN service already at end of March. The service has been either not working, or so slow as to be useless. hours have been spent on phone to your support and also to to D Link support modem was replaced by D link, without charge. still crappy or non service prevailed. The service is provided to a young autistic adult that resides in care at service address. The constant service breakdowns have increased his anziety and frustration levels resulting in self injury and porperty damage.
