Hi, I’ve messaged a number of times as I am waiting for my NBN to be connected. Yesterday I sent through photos of the modem set up and wall outlets as requested then I received an email saying the following: ‘Unfortunately, we are currently unable to activate the NBN connection to your premises, because the installation has been requested to be cancelled. To cancel your account, please email adsl_cancel@tpg.com.au. Please ensure you include your ADSL username or customer ID in any correspondence.’ I never requested the installation to be cancelled, could someone please provide me with an update and if you are cancelling the installation please immediately refund the total of what I have paid. Hi, Just reposting this as I didn’t get a response. Im still not connected to NBN. We also cannot connect to ADSL 2+ Is it possible the phone line isn’t working? We just moved into this house a couple of months ago. There is the physical outlet for the phone, but not sure if the line actually works? Also I have received texts saying connect the modem. And I could be billed. The modem is connected. I also don’t think I should be billed as I am not yet receiving the service I would be paying for. Can you connect the NBN without using the phone line? Hi, I posted this question on the 6/4/20 and still waiting for response and I received another message reminding me to activate my NBN connection and followed the instructions but the internet light is off on the modem router and only the first light is stable on the connection device. The second light flashes and the others are off. Could you please let me know how to connect. Thanks ... View more
