-Make sure you are plugging into phone port 1 Yes, plugged into port 1. -Try another phone cable Yes, tried, same result. -Try another handset Yes, tried, same result. Please escalate this problem. I haven't had a working phone line for 6 days.

Hi all, NBN phone not working. Internet works fine. About 6 days ago the phone stopped working. There is a dial tone, but can't make a call and can't receive any calls. please help!
