I have no idea how to contact any support team. There's no number and the chat is not working. Literally, where are you guys? My modem suddenly has no power. All lights are gone. Please come over and fix!

Yes. That's right. The 5g on the router. How can I assure that it's not dropping me out. I prefer using it because it's faster.

I'm happy that our TPG Fiber to the building got connected today. However, I'm having a 5g dropout. Resetting the modem works but it will drop me out again after a few minutes. Please help. Thanks, Karlo
