Hi TPG, I'm slightly at my wits end as I've been trying for the past week to get my NBN connection sorted. I moved house and organised for my connection to move with me, however after receiving my NCD there still is no connection. I was informed that there was a previous ADSL connection that's still active and after providing POD for this to be rectified from NBNCo's end nothing has changed. The request was rejected by NBNCo for reasons I don't fully understand and this morning I received an email informing me that I need to cancel my ADSL connection first, however I have *never* had an ADSL connection with TPG and I've been trying to contact TPG to get this very same issue sorted.
