Just wondering why is there no one asnwering, Emails, Chat rooms, or the phone?   Covid-19 doesn't stop people fron answering phone from home.    I have been wanting to move my service for the last 3 weeks no one on the other side.  Using automated service charges you $170 to just move what TF???   What for?    ...
