Hey! I didn't realise we needed land lord approval, and I scheduled an nbn set up for tomorrow. Is there any way I can change that appointment? The change appointment thing won't allow me to.

Account 6790847 I was speaking to someone, but the chat disappeared and my browser closed. I am trying to connect my new NBN and internet, and the last thing I was told, my phone number needs to be activated. The DSL light on the NBN box will not light up. I was told activation will be requested, I'm waiting on finding out when - I've been at this for a few hours now.
