Hi David I do, But after clicking on moving home I can't see a section where I can choose an installation date. Will I have this choice after the application is made, as I don't want to cut off the services of the person currently occupying the new house.   Thanks,   ... View more

I am moving house, but won't be moving into a new property for 2 months.  Am I best cancelling my current account due to this? If so, please let me know how I can do this as I can't see online where I can do this and the chat / phone support isn't working / always busy. Thanks, ... View more
