Hi. I'm a TPG customer. I'm considering moving into a new rental property which is HFC-connected. At the property inspection I noticed there was no NBN HFC Connection Box. The property agent said I need to contact my internet provider (TPG) to obtain a replacement Connection Box for the property. Do I have to arrange with TPG for the new Connection Box to be installed by NBNco? Will there be any charge for replacing the box?   Regards, Mark ... View more
