Hi there, my NCD device only on the first two blue lights. I have received a text that my NBN service is awaiting activation. I've been required to connect NBN with instruction. So I connected the supplied phone cable from the NCD straight into the phone socket(there are two together, please see attached photos) on the wall. And I didn't use a line filter/splitter (from old ADSL service). I'm a bit confused with the sockets but tried both. Each time I attempt, I leave the NCD/router for 30+ mins. But not connected. ...
