Hi @lancini ,   As @david64 mentioned, 'You could try increasing the size of the DHCP pool. If there are no address reservations, it could go from 2 to 254.'   Let us know how it will go.   On the other hand, I was able to confirm that the modem/router has the latest firmware version.   Please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file and we'll proceed with investigation to what is causing slow modem/router web interface.
