My ADSL2+ has been so messed up and slow for the last month and a half, Can't even check emails, load youtube videos on 360pp? nah not even. 144p with constant lag spikes.   Before anything generic, i've done multiple tests, I even went out and bought a new modem. Can't even run speed test Latency Test Error Could not connect to the test server. A firewall could be blocking the connection or the server might be having some issues.
