I’m finding it very difficult to find any information on your website about how to cancel my account. I gather this is on purpose as there are a lot of links to similar problems with tpg on the internet. After searching the Internet, I completed an online form (link to original form below) and submitted it and received a message indicating I’d be contacted to discuss further and the account would not be cancelled until some time after this phone call (I’m not sure why?).
