I'm having the same issue... I'm leaving my place in 10 days but because the future tenant has already applied for the NBN with a different provider, I now have no internet. TPG also wants me to create a new account and pay for a new connection fee! That is insane! Really not happy about this. Would another ISP get disconnected like TPG? ... View more
