Hi,  Our internet has dropped out this morning - we have tried resetting and leaving the modems off for a while but still no internet connection. I have checked the NBN website and there is no outages in my area. The NBN modem doesn't connect fully - the power and downstream lights are steady, the upstream is flashing and the online is off.    On the modem: - Power - ON - DSL - OFF - Internet - OFF - 2.4g - ON - 5g - ON - WPS - OFF - Phone 1 - OFF - Phone 2 - OFF - Wan - ON - Lan1 - OFF - Lan2 - OFF - Lan3 - OFF - Lan4 - OFF   On the NBN Modem: - Power - ON - Downstream - ON - Upstream - FLASHING - Online - OFF   How can I fix this? ...
