Thanks KarlB, Yes that's how it is plugged in. And as I said before, it was working fine until recently. I haven't physically touched anything .... all according to how the technician set it up. Cheers

Hi, The landline that came with the NBN bundle doesn't work. Can't make or receive call. The internet is working perfectly though. The bundle was installed about 3 weeks ago and everything was working properly until few days ago. Thanks Yaparathne Pramoda
