I have still had no reply in regard to my posts, all day and nothing. Can i please have a refund and i would like to go elsewhere. 0426224740. I have sent 4 post from the start of the day and spent 2 hours on the phone for nothing.

I am getting sick of this no one will answer your calls or help i have posted a number of messages and still no hope. Call me 0426224740 with that you can look up my address and where i am . If i dont here from someone i will cancell my service and go somewhere else.

I just missed a call for someone coming out to set up our nbn.I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Is there anything else i can do.
