Hi There I am on the high speed package but the internet keeps dropping out continually throughout the day and night. I can’t seem to get more than an hour before the internet drops out. The wifi is working and I have reset it many times. Nothing seems to work. I lodged a malfunction report on 20/04 via the app but it still hadn’t been resolved. Nobody is there to talk to via phone.
