Regards,   Hi, just writing back to confirm that my internet is still not working even after staying at home on Thursday for another technician to replace my NBN ntu with no change. Just had internet cut out about 30 times today that I know of and now it has conveniently stopped at 9pm just when I can't call again. Also extra customer service points for me calling this afternoon to report the constant dropping and told that an engineer would call back in an hour. Still waiting 7 hours for a call. I would be fired if it took me this long to fix an issue like this. The whole system is pretty simple kids. A modem/router connected to an NTU which is cabled to some intermediate point connected to another point that then hands off to TPGs network. How you cannot fix this issue after this long is beyond me. I have now put in a complaint to the TIO and hopefully that will start things off. Haven't seen a cent back after any of these outages or the forced purchase of a new modem. I think maybe fair trading should be involved or the ACCC for charging while not providing a service. ... Hi All,   There are different cause of Transfer/Speed Issue that you may experience. Sync Speed Issue, this speed issue is caused by a line fault on TPG (If you're with ADSL2+ or TPG-FTTB) or NBN's network (If you're with NBN service). Affecting all device(s) LAN/Wireless connected to the modem/router this may require a real-time test and investigation by our Technicians and Engineers.   Wireless Transfer Rate Issue, this issue only affects the device(s) connected via Wi-Fi which can easily be fix by doing adjustment to the modem/router's settings.   Speed/Transfer Issues, this issue is caused by possible loose modem/router connection setup. This can be fixed by re-seating Ethernet cable if the device(s) is connected via LAN, re-seating the modem/router to the wall socket or changing the phone cable used from modem/router to the socket. Note: You will need to test multiple speed test when you change Ethernet,Phone Cable to identify the caused of speed issue.   Speed Degradation caused by ongoing outage in your area. Hi, Rajerns    After I reset the black NBN modem, the connection is still the same issue but better before, only disconnect after 7 pm today (24/04/2020), so from last night until 7 pm today is normal.   What I can do now is take the modem's power off and turn on after 10 seconds.
