Hello, I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for internet access. 24 hours ago I recieved an SMS saying activation is required to which I replied yes and I still have no access. I have attempted to resolve this through chat but I keep getting told to hold the line while I'm transferred to a different group and after an hour or two the chat is 'ended by support staff'.
