Hi Team, I live in NSW with an NBN connection, it used to work really well. However about 2 weeks ago, it stopped working completely. The NBN box just decided to keep blinking its 2nd light non stop. I did power cycle both the NBN box and my router, still no avail so I reported the fault to TPG. 2 weeks later, the issue is still there and I am not even getting a call or email from TPG or NBN.
