My internet connection is unstable, frequently experiencing intermittent disconnections. While most of the time the disconnections lasts for like seconds to minutes before reconnecting itself, in serious cases the internet disconnects and also denying every user access. Getting a message something like denied access to the network when trying to connect. The issue can be temporarily resolved by restarting the router but that is not a fix. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible. * Checked, no TPG or NBN outages in my area when these disconnections happen * I have a TP-Link Deco M5 directly connected to the router through Ethernet. Hi We are having a weak wifi signal for our NBN and would like to move the router closer to the center of the house but we are not sure how to do that as the router is connected to the HFC cable. We bought an ASUS RP-AC52 Repeater to extend the wifi but tenants complained that it is causing disconnections. Not sure if it is related to the disconnection, the internet sometimes can be very slow. As I'm writing this its like 11 pm and my speed test shows download speed only like 1.3Mbps and upload speed 0.3Mbps. The house owner wasn't sure which plan we are on and we are deciding whether an upgrade is needed. Please advise. Also, the live chat support is trash. I never mind waiting on iinet support for hours but this TPG chat that closed the chat without even saying anything after I've waited for hours is on a whole new level.
