Hi there, I recently moved house and TPG sent me a new AC1600 modem. I was told it would be it would be easy to self install, but having plugged it in to both the power point and the phone line, I can't seem to get the internet working. Is there something I'm missing? I saw something on some other forums saying there should be a black box to connect to, but my apartment doesn't have that. There was a loose white aerial cable coming out of a Foxtel socket when I moved in, but no box. Keeping in mind I was told I would only need the modem. Urgent help required and appreciated.
