I'm trying to port from Vodafone to TPG but it won't let me, I never got any text to verify. The port in failed, I've tried contacting the number more than five times but every time it hangs up automatically at 30 minutes approx. Despite the long queues on the online support live chat, I send all of my personal details and they reply back but I can't reply to them at all. I've done it more than 3 times.
