I am using FTTB superfast plan. When i run speed test, i only get 4mb/s. Fix this please.

Do I have to pay for moving fee even the NBN service hasn't installed but have 17 month contract left?

I have all the lights on the modem (including dsl) but 'internet' part doesn't.

How long does NBN take to install? I need it for my school work.
