Did a move home request online on Friday since I couldn't get through on the phone. However, when requesting online it did not ask for a date, it relocated my internet to the new address already. But I only move to the new address on the 1st of may. I have exams and assignments to do this week so I really need my internet. Called on Saturday the lady told me to call today so the internet can be relocated back to my old address than on the 1st of May be relocated back to my new adress. Had a online chat, couldn't fix my problem unless I paid $99.95 to move ir back, then I would have to pay again to move it to my new address.
